Property Management

Property management is concerned with the complete, commercial planning and support of real estate facilities. This are includes above all the tasks of facility documentation, the conclusion of rental agreements and maintenance agreements, but also the complete transaction of the associated payments. Also included are the anticipatory planning of necessary measures for repair, renovation or maintenance of facilities as well as their organization and implementation are all part of modern property management. 

In our global economy, the objective of external property management is to ease the burden of operative administrative tasks on the owners and an accompanying increase of effectiveness of the associated processes. An improved cost transparency, which often results from this, should in addition offer a better basis for further strategic decisions having to do with the real estate and thus also result in a reduction of costs and optimization of the profits.
